Uedu Global Fellows Program
一、目的
建立國際研究夥伴網絡,支持全球研究者深入使用 Uedu 平台或 Educational Omics 框架進行前沿研究,強化實驗室國際影響力。
二、資金來源
NCU 校務基金「優學院(Uedu)學術研究發表與推廣」指定用途捐款,優先運用企業贊助 Fellows 專項基金。
三、申請資格
申請者為論文第一作者,符合以下全部條件:
- Short paper 或 full paper,收錄於具 DOI 之國際會議論文集
- 會議屬於 Uedu 認可之 A 級國際研討會(白名單見 會議白名單);唯下列領域可經個案審核採 B 級或 C 級白名單會議:
- 生理感測 × 學習/教育(對應 PhysioNeuromics 維度):如 EMBC、SDS
- 視覺化 × 教育(對應 Linguomics × Cognomics 維度):如 EduVis
- 資訊教育 × IEEE 系列:如 ICALT
- 教育資料基礎設施(對應 Educational Omics infrastructure):如 IEEE BigData、BigDataService
- 論文研究實質使用 Uedu 平台(資料收集、實驗場域、分析工具或教學實踐之主要載體)或採用 Educational Omics 框架作為理論基礎
- 論文 Acknowledgement 明確致謝:「This work is supported by the Uedu Global Fellows Program, Educational Omics Lab (https://eduomics.org) and the Uedu platform (https://uedu.tw)」
- 申請人須實際出席該會議並完成論文報告
- 申請人同意姓名、照片、研究簡介公開於 eduomics.org 與 Uedu 官網 Global Fellows 頁面
四、獎勵金額

- 未來申請其他 Uedu 相關計畫時享有推薦資格
六、應繳交文件
會議結束後 60 日內繳交:
- 論文 PDF 與 DOI 連結
- Acknowledgement 截圖
- 會議報到證明或現場報告照片
- 300–500 字英文研究簡介
- 個人照片一張
- 400 字英文聲明,說明:
- 本研究如何使用 Uedu 或 Educational Omics 框架
- 未來擬如何延續與 Uedu / Educational Omics Lab 的研究連結
七、年度名額
每年度至多 10 位。採滾動審核制,名額用罄後公告暫停至次年度。
八、審核機制
由 Educational Omics Lab 主持人擔任主審,必要時邀請 1–2 位外部學者共同審查。審核標準:論文品質、會議層級、研究與 Uedu/Educational Omics Lab 契合度、Fellow 未來合作潛力。本計畫保留所有審核之最終決定權。
九、其他
本計畫得視捐款狀況與實施成效隨時修正。
Uedu Global Fellows Program — Full Terms
1. Purpose
To build an international research partner network, support global researchers in conducting cutting-edge research using the Uedu platform or the Educational Omics framework, and strengthen the lab's international impact.
2. Funding Source
Supported by designated donations to the NCU Endowment Fund under "Uedu Academic Research Publication and Promotion," with priority given to corporate-sponsored Fellows earmarked funds.
3. Eligibility
The applicant must be the first author of the paper and meet all of the following conditions:
- Short paper or full paper published in conference proceedings with a DOI.
- The conference is a Tier A conference on the Uedu Approved Conference List (see Venue Whitelist). However, the following areas may be considered via case-by-case review using Tier B or Tier C conferences:
- Physiological sensing × learning/education (PhysioNeuromics dimension): e.g., EMBC, SDS
- Visualization × education (Linguomics × Cognomics dimension): e.g., EduVis
- Information education × IEEE series: e.g., ICALT
- Educational data infrastructure (Educational Omics infrastructure): e.g., IEEE BigData, BigDataService
- The research substantively uses the Uedu platform (as the primary vehicle for data collection, experimental setting, analysis tools, or teaching practice) or adopts the Educational Omics framework as a theoretical foundation.
- The paper's Acknowledgement explicitly states: "This work is supported by the Uedu Global Fellows Program, Educational Omics Lab (https://eduomics.org) and the Uedu platform (https://uedu.tw)."
- The applicant must attend the conference in person and deliver the paper presentation.
- The applicant consents to having their name, photo, and research profile published on eduomics.org and the Uedu Global Fellows page.

5. Fellow Benefits
Selected Fellows enjoy the following for one year:
- Uedu Global Fellow (Annual) certificate
- Personal research profile published on eduomics.org with a dedicated page link
- Access to advanced Uedu platform features and priority evaluation for collaborative research opportunities with the Educational Omics Lab
- Invitation to the Educational Omics Lab's annual online research meeting
- Recommendation eligibility for future Uedu-related programs
6. Required Submissions
Within 60 days after the conference concludes:
- Paper PDF and DOI link
- Screenshot of the Acknowledgement section
- Proof of conference registration or on-site presentation photo
- A 300–500 word English research profile
- One personal photo
- A 400-word English statement explaining:
- How the research uses Uedu or the Educational Omics framework
- How the applicant plans to continue the research connection with Uedu / Educational Omics Lab
7. Annual Quota
Up to 10 Fellows per year. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; once the quota is filled, acceptance is suspended until the next year.
8. Review Process
The Educational Omics Lab's principal investigator serves as the primary reviewer, with 1–2 external scholars invited for joint review when necessary. Evaluation criteria: paper quality, conference tier, research alignment with Uedu/Educational Omics Lab, and the Fellow's potential for future collaboration. The program reserves all final decision rights.
9. Miscellaneous
This program may be revised at any time based on donation status and implementation outcomes.
