About Uedu Electronics

Connect the 'field' of electromagnetism to the 'use' of real circuits and chips.

Location

U-Electronics is a reader on circuit theory and electronics under Uedu interdisciplinary general education, building on physics' electromagnetism and extending towards electrical engineering and electronics. It covers three main topic areas: circuit theory, analogue electronics and digital electronics. The scope is broad, and the reader will continue to be expanded.

Division of responsibilities with other sections

  • Uedu Physics · Electromagnetism (/physics): Covers the "field theory" of electric fields, magnetic fields and electromagnetic waves, as well as basic circuits at introductory physics level.
  • Excellent electronics (this section): covers complete circuit analysis, analogue and digital electronics — connecting components into useful systems.
  • Uedu Semiconductor (/semiconductor): Explains how transistors are manufactured (processes and industry).

Together, the three are linked by a complete thread from “field → circuit → process”, which is exactly the continuous knowledge map that cross-disciplinary general education aims to present.

Why does every article have an image?

Circuits and signals are hard because they cannot be seen. Each reader is accompanied by a concept diagram (generated with GPT Image 2), visualising circuit structures and signal behaviour. The image is for teaching purposes and is not an exact circuit diagram; for in-depth study, please also refer to the textbook.
