別號：本名朱石頭、朱石峰

台北的小說家，台灣文藝聯盟成員，被譽為當時最具技巧的小說家之一。〈秋信〉藉舊文人斗文先生面對殖民現代化的失落，寫時代夾縫中的知識分子；〈島都〉刻畫都市底層。戰後於白色恐怖時期罹難。
